About Learning Care Hub
Our academy is proud to offer a wide range of online and blended learning courses, designed to develop knowledge, skills and behaviours which are suitable for sector-specific roles.
For those students who wish to gain access to the sector, we offer self-paid and fully funded courses where the knowledge is developed on our platform and competency is assessed in the workplace.
We are proud to offer digital courses which are 100% online and can fit around job roles in areas including management for healthcare, administration training to annual CPD top-ups in safeguarding.
Our team has a wealth of experience from working and delivering training in adult primary and secondary care to childcare settings in the UK and internationally, ranging from nursery managers, nurses, primary care managers, and administration to supporting roles within primary care networks.
Our digital pedagogy
We care about the learning process. Our team and partnership with Outcourse take the curriculum and occupational standards of our care courses and turn them into a digital delivery plan which looks at the way our students interact with the course.
Also, we are frequently monitoring the progression and behaviours of our learners, which means we are always updating the delivery of our content to improve the student learning experiences.
Accreditation
We work with a range of awarding bodies; including CACHE, NCFE to ICQ who are all Ofqual regulated. Also, we offer CPD accredited learning for shorter and flexible courses and professional certificates for our information governance and cybersecurity courses which come from APMG international, the official accreditation partner from the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
